Job summary A rare opportunity has arisen for a team administrator in the award winning Buckinghamshire School Aged Immunisation team. This is a maternity cover post, 12 months fixed term contract, 25 hours per week over 5 days, Ideally we are looking for someone who is able to work 12 - 5 pm Monday to Friday. The role involves providing administrative support to the clinical team, answering the phone to parents and schools, completing consent forms with parents. Inputting and extracting data from excel spreadsheets Main duties of the job The post holder will at times be the only person in the office and he/she will be required to make decisions regarding prioritising issues that may arise and need reporting, forwarding etc Respond to parent queries re Immunisation history and information. Maintain and update E-consenting (Cinnamon) database. Update RiO with vaccinations as required. Collate lists of non-responders and give to immunisation team to obtain consent. Produce immunisation lists for the immunisation team daily from Cinnamon. Monitor the Generic Email Box. Answer phone calls and take messages where necessary. Provide immunisation histories as required - via phone or post.
