Accounts Assistant job in Warminster

A niche, owner managed business in Warminster is looking to appoint an Accounts Assistant. This is a newly created role to support and strengthen the accounts team.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
1. Processing invoices using Sage Line 50
2. Bank reconciliations
3. Processing staff expenses
4. Credit Control
5. Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
6. Working in multi-currency (Sterling, Euro & Dollars)
7. Responding to accounts related emails
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role. You will have excellent communication skills, be methodical, time-efficient with the ability to prioritise workload, adaptable and be a team player.
