Monitor aged debt reports, proactively identifying and resolving overdue accounts. Establish, review, and enforce credit limits and terms in line with company policies. Oversee the escalation of credit-related issues and negotiate resolutions where necessary. Evaluate current systems and processes, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate workflows. Drive the implementation of system enhancements and new tools to support efficient credit control operations. Skills & Experience Proven experience in credit control, with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience. Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, collections processes, and financial controls. Systems-savvy with a track record of implementing and improving credit control systems. Ability to lead change initiatives, including process reengineering and technology implementation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner with cross-functional teams.
