In this role, you will :
* Work closely with internal teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored IT solutions.
* Oversee projects with third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration of IT systems.
* Maximise the potential of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerApps, etc.) by providing training and support.
* Continuously improve IT processes to keep Kiverco at the forefront of digital innovation.
What you'll need :
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Strong problem-solving and project management skills, ideally with certifications in PRINCE2 or Agile.
* Familiarity with Microsoft platforms (Office 365, SolidWorks, Sage 200) and ERP systems.
