You will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering high-quality ecological assessments, surveys, and mitigation strategies, collaborating with our talented team of ecologists, landscape architects, and environmental planners. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and delivering ecological assessments, surveys, and mitigation strategies.
2. Collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
3. Managing and delivering ecological projects, including medium to large scale and complex sites (for Senior Ecologist role).
4. Conducting surveys and assessments, preparing a range of ecological reports, and managing smaller projects (for Ecologist role).
5. Advising clients on Biodiversity Net Gain and producing associated reports and plans.
6. Maintaining knowledge of UK ecology legislation and best practices.
7. Possessing a degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
8. Having strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
9. Holding a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

What you can expect in return:
Salary: Ecologist £26-30.5K; Senior Ecologist £32-£36K dependent on experience.
