Supplying into the Food Manufacturing, Foodservice, Hospitality and Retail sectors, they pride themselves on quality, reliability, and strong client relationships. They are now searching for a seasoned Sales Executive with a proven track record in B2B food ingredient sales. You'll be driving growth within a high-potential territory, focusing particularly on clients such as ready meal producers, bakeries, sandwich manufacturers, pizza manufacturers, sauce and marinade producers and dessert manufacturers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business on the rise and play a lead role in its next phase of expansion. Key Responsibilities: Proactively generate and convert new business opportunities within the food manufacturing sector Manage, grow, and develop existing key accounts to maximise revenue and long-term partnerships Build a pipeline of strategic customers by leveraging market insights and industry connections Develop and deliver tailored proposals and product presentations to decision-makers Collaborate with the wider team to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction Track activity via CRM and provide accurate forecasts and market feedback What Were Looking For: 45 years of B2B sales experience (ideally in the food sector or selling ingredients to manufacturers) A natural relationship-builder with a solid network of food manufacturing contacts Proven ability to manage a sales cycle from lead generation through to closing and account management Confident, driven, and proactive, with strong commercial acumen Full, clean UK driving licence and your own reliable vehicle Located within Birmingham or surrounding areas, with the ability to attend the Birmingham office once per week What You'll Get: £35,000 basic salary with realistic OTE of £50,000 £60,000pa Monthly commission and annual performance bonus Car allowance, laptop, and mobile phone 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) Higher-than-statutory contribution to the Workplace Pension Scheme Continuous development and growth opportunities, with potential to build and lead a sales team over time ADZN1_UKTJ
