What you’ll be doing: To lead a team of early years practitioners in an early years setting/nursery based in a Children’s Centre, ensuring delivery of high quality teaching and learning. You will oversee staff in the successful implementation of the daily operations of a room for children aged between 3 months to 8 years, providing full care and education. You will be responsible for supervision and mentoring for early years qualified and unqualifed staff and you will be working as part of a multi agency team. What you'll have: You will need experience working with children in an early years environment, understand early years legilsation and safeguarding and have obtained a Level 3 qualification in early years pratice or equivalent.
