Job Summary
Reporting to the Brand Manager, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering strategies focused on increasing brand awareness, engagement, audience growth, as well as driving traffic and revenue via our social channels and other online platforms. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, work well under pressure, and be a great team player with excellent communication skills.
Role Outline
1. Manage content plan and strategy for x2 Instagram accounts – Retail & Professional – International is managed separately, however co-ordination of market appropriate content will be a key part of this role
2. Lead content planning for TikTok our fastest growing platform
3. Expand the social content strategy for Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn & YouTube
4. Content ideation and planning is a key part of the role and setting KPIs relevant to each channel against brand and commercial objectives, such as increasing following and engagement metrics
5. Support multiple sales channels with relevant social content for Beauty Works Sales team, Retail Wholesale, Distributors and Education teams.
6. Ensure a thorough understanding of the social media landscape, researching social media comms for like-minded brands and defining key messaging and brand personality for social channels
