Presently, we cater to over 77,000 drivers, facilitating access to over 4,500 charging points across both Ireland and Northern Ireland. With a monthly addition of 2,000 new users, our network continues to expand. Our versatile EV charging solutions cater to diverse environments, including Destination, Fleet, Forecourt, Hospitality, Public Sector, Retail, Shared Living, and Workplace settings.
A recent announcement unveiled a substantial €30 million investment from Aviva Investors, the global asset management arm of Aviva plc. This injection of funds is set to directly pave the way for the creation of up to 60 job opportunities spanning operations, customer support, and sales.
As a result of this, we are seeking a Sales Operational Support Lead.
The Sales Lead will support the sales team and function by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient sales operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage HubSpot in terms of quality of data working between sales and operations, reporting and providing insights on the incoming pipeline to hand off to the operations team.
* Play an operational leadership role in the sales team developing the recurring maintenance and service business, requiring close coordination with the Technical & Service Managers.
* Manage the quotations of the sales team ensuring they are accurate and profitable for the company.
* Support the wider team in coordination of tender submissions with the Commercial Manager as large tenders come to the team.
* On a monthly and quarterly basis, reconcile the points earned with the finance team before presenting them to the investors and the board.
* Support the sales team in preparation for the Site Selection meeting ensuring that all necessary data is provided to the wider team.
Experience / Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage and support the commercial sales manager.
* A curious mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt. Open to receiving and implementing feedback.
* A strong desire to succeed in a target-driven sales environment, with the motivation to achieve and surpass goals.
* Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances with ease.
* Cooperative and capable of working effectively within a team environment to achieve common goals.
