Responsibilities
Drive growth by identifying and qualifying high-potential leads for the sales team
Use multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage prospects and set up discovery meetings
Research and understand target markets to personalise outreach and maximise impact
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies and share insights
Achieve and exceed monthly activity targets for lead generation and meetings booked
Maintain accurate records in CRM, tracking all interactions and follow-ups
Key Criteria
Experience in lead generation or a related sales role, preferably within a SaaS environment
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to interpret data and offer actionable insights
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
Self-driven and comfortable working independently
