Customer Services Manager
RCN Library and Museum, London, 35 hours, 9am-5pm Monday – Friday, with one in six Saturdays 9am-5pm on rotation.

Salary range £47,475 - £53,934 per annum plus London Weighting £5,094 per annum.

As our Customer Services Manager, you’ll use your positive attitude, knowledge, and experience of library services to lead our Customer Services team. You’ll help deliver library services to our visitors, members, and staff to the highest standard.
It's a job full of possibilities; you will be involved in anything from recruiting and developing staff to managing the Library and Museum enquiry service. We'll look to you to be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the library space, monitoring service usage and satisfaction, and overseeing marketing the library.
Minimum Requirements:
To join us, you’ll need outstanding people skills and a background in excellent customer service, including managing library or customer service teams. Whatever your background, you'll be efficient, accurate, and show a real customer focus in all you do.
