Description A bit about the role The primary function of this role is to design and deliver our digital marketing strategy to align websites, search, paid ads, social and CRM activity to provide clear insights to support data driven strategies and recommendations. Key activities include: Develop and implement long-term digital marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on audience segmentation, channel allocation, and campaign objectives. Oversee the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, paid search (Google Ads), email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. Lead content creation efforts, including blogs, articles, social media visuals, videos, and website copy, ensuring brand consistency and SEO optimisation. Analyse website performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to improve user experience, conversion rates, and SEO ranking. Develop and execute social media strategies to engage followers, build a community, and increase brand visibility. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Manage digital marketing budgets across campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Team and agency management – leading and mentoring a team of digital marketing specialists, including content creators, social media managers, SEO specialists and PPC analysts. This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Southport office. Experience in managing and mentoring a team of digital marketers, both in-house and agency-based. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms. Expertise in digital marketing and CRM platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media tools, CRM systems). Have a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Ability to obtain a police check with no disclosable outcomes and Blue Card.
