Boss Cabins Limited, the UK’s leading manufacturer of welfare cabins and portable solutions, is looking for a proactive Customer Service & Despatch Representative to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
1. Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, providing top-notch service
2. Manage and schedule despatch of cabin units and parts
3. Track deliveries and keep customers updated
4. Maintain accurate inventory records and process orders
5. Work closely with sales, production, and warehouse teams
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience in customer service, logistics, or despatch (preferably in manufacturing/construction)
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM/inventory software (preferred)
5. A team player with a customer-first attitude
