Installations Coordinator

* £32,500 per annum dependent on experience

The Role
As an Installations Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between field teams, internal departments, and customers, ensuring seamless coordination of installation projects. Your role will be key to delivering high-quality service and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate installation schedules and pre-installation visits
* Maintain and update all relevant systems to track installations
* Monitor and resolve issues that may delay installations
* Dispatch workflow efficiently to installation engineers
* Liaise with internal teams and external customers to ensure updates and expectations are managed
* Support additional work related to installations as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft Teams
* Confidence using multiple computer systems simultaneously
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* An ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers
* Great attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise a busy workload with conflicting deadlines
* Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
* A positive, can-do attitude
It would be a bonus if you have:
* Experience in the telecoms industry
* Familiarity with Fastfield, (url removed), or Skedulo
