Senior Family Law – Glasgow (Assignment 12556)
We are delighted to be working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced family law solicitor within our client’s Glasgow office. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years’ PQE and will work on a wide range of family law work. This is a busy law firm and so as well as having the technical experience, you should also have experience of managing your own caseload and working to deadlines. This is an exciting opportunity to join this expanding firm.
Junior Family Law – Glasgow / Hybrid (Assignment 15900)
This established law firm is looking to recruit a Solicitor to join its busy Family Law Team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of family law matters including child custody, adoption, divorce, mediation, civil partnerships, and guardianship orders.
The team is open to level of candidate from 1-year PQE upwards, newly qualified lawyers will also be considered if they have gained experience in family law during their traineeship, and ideally, in a similar role.
This is an interesting and challenging role which offers genuine prospects for career progression. While the position is advertised as full-time, candidates seeking part-time work will also be considered. A very flexible, hybrid working scheme is also available.
Junior Family Law – Highlands, Islands & Moray (Assignment 16239)
This award-winning Scottish Law Firm is currently recruiting for an additional Lawyer to join its Family Law team, located in the Highlands. The role can be based in either the firm’s Inverness, Elgin, or Thurso office, with an element of hybrid working available.
The Family Law team comprises specialists who deliver a full range of family services, including child contact and residence disputes, international child abduction, separation, dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation, and mediation.
The team welcomes applications from individuals who are newly qualified and upwards. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in family and child law, particularly the financial aspects of these areas. Exposure to the Sheriff Court and Court of Session is also preferable. This is a great opportunity to join a diverse and supportive work environment.
Family Law/Civil Litigation – Airdrie (Assignment 16221)
This successful law firm is currently recruiting a Family Solicitor to join its busy team in Lanarkshire. The firm provides a range of legal services, including Conveyancing, Wills and Estates, and Family and Child Law.
The role will be varied and will involve handling a range of family and child law matters, including separation, divorce, residence, contact, children’s referrals, and adoption.
This firm is open to hearing from candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE and welcomes those with experience or an interest in civil litigation. To be considered for this role, you should be confident in managing your own caseload. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, a bonus structure, and flexible working.
Senior Associate, Family – Glasgow (Assignment 15950)
This successful Family Law Team in Glasgow is currently recruiting a Senior Associate to be involved in a variety of family law matters. You will be involved in a range of work which will include child law cases and complex high value divorce / dissolution. Some of your duties will include:
1. Providing advice to clients on financial provision upon separation and divorce and acting for clients in child related matters including residence and contact disputes child relocation applications.
2. Drafting financial settlement agreements, pre and post nuptial and cohabitation agreements.
3. Drafting pleadings and conducting advocacy in sheriff court litigation.
