The main purpose of the role is to provide technical IT training both on the job and via external training courses to someone with a genuine interest of a career in IT. Main responsibilities:\n\nâ¢\tProviding professional IT support to all Royal London colleagues via our Incident and Service Request processes.\nâ¢\tSupporting both hardware and software across the group.\nâ¢\tProactively managing your own workload/work queue.\nâ¢\tLiaising with colleagues in the IT Service Desk & 3rd line Specialist teams to find solutions to problems, and to knowledge share.\nâ¢\tIdentifying opportunities for improvements in services and process enhancements so that we can always strive to do our jobs in the most efficient way.\nâ¢\tSupporting the delivery & implementation of projects.
