What skills and experience we're looking for
Hillcrest Early Years Academy are seeking to appoint a qualified, caring, committed, and highly-skilled Teaching Assistant for working within our KS1 unit.
Early years and safeguarding knowledge is essential as is a kind and caring nature and willingness to work as part of a team. We need someone who is energetic, motivated and has a “touch of magic” in the classroom alongside also having the knowledge and understanding to cater for all the needs of the child.
