Personal Assistant to Company Director/ Mortgage Advisor

About the Role
This is an opportunity to step into a varied and rewarding role. You’ll be working directly with the business owner (Elliot Beesley) to support day-to-day operations and provide an exceptional experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing mortgage applications and managing client paperwork.
* Relationship management, communicating with clients and introducers to ensure they’re informed and supported throughout the process.
* Handling phone calls and emails, providing a friendly and professional point of contact.
* Managing leads and prospects with the goal of booking appointments.
* Collating information and preparing client files for compliance checks.
* Supporting with financial tasks such as sending invoices and chasing payments when requested.
* Organising tasks and tracking progress.
* Managing and updating the CRM database to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
* Handling sensitive information confidentially.
* Identifying creative ways to support the business and the director.
This list of duties is not exhaustive, and flexibility is required in terms of what the PA may be required to undertake in order to deliver rounded support to the director.
Working Hours
* Part-time role: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
* Flexibility may be offered for the right person.
* Based in the office; Unit 224, Foundry, 78 The Beacon, Eastbourne, BN21 3NW. Once trained and confident in systems and processes, hybrid working may be possible.
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Eastbourne, BN21 3NW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
About You
This role is ideal for someone who:
* Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service.
* Is proactive, professional, and keen to learn.
* Has a genuine interest in the mortgage and financial services industry (experience is beneficial but not essential).
* Has experience with CRM systems, project management tools, and is tech-savvy.
* Is proficient in MS Office and English.
* Demonstrates discretion and confidentiality.
