The Professional Squash Association (PSA) is the governing body responsible for overseeing and administering men's and women's professional squash worldwide. With over 1,400 registered players and an impressive calendar of over 1,000 tournaments per season, the PSA showcases the pinnacle of squash in some of the most unique and stunning locations worldwide.
The PSA Group is composed of three distinct entities:
* Squash Media and Marketing Limited: Specialising in the promotion and broadcasting of squash, this entity ensures that the sport reaches a global audience through innovative media strategies and marketing campaigns.
* PSA Foundation: The charitable arm dedicated to promoting the growth of squash, supporting player welfare, and making the sport more accessible to all.
* The PSA: The core organisation responsible for the governance, administration, and strategic development of professional squash.
Together, these entities work synergistically to elevate the sport of squash, fostering a vibrant and inclusive community while delivering top-tier professional squash experiences to fans worldwide.
Job Purpose
To support the digital product team with research and reporting on the PSA digital properties, and to manage and market the live stream operation of SQUASHTV events.

Digital Product Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Direct responsibility for reporting on Digital KPIs in conjunction with the Digital Product Manager.
* Responsible for doing industry research, and following trends in the sports digital ecosystem.
* Ensure quality and accuracy of content across all platforms, and usability on all devices with the digital team.
* Manage the customer service channels as they relate to the SQUASHTV website and app, including evening and weekend work as required.
* Assist to market and promote SQUASHTV internationally.
* Work with the Digital Team to maintain an overview of all PSA digital propositions and develop standards and processes to ensure quality, stability and usability for all relevant stakeholders.
About you
* Demonstrable experience managing digital products as an existing Digital Executive or Digital Assistant.
* Comfortable in analysing numbers and understanding data.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
* Ability to use Google Analytics.
* Beneficial previous experience working with websites, apps and customer journeys.
* An eye for creative and basic copywriting skills.
* Basic video editing skills.
* Basic grasp of marketing and promotion.
* Demonstrable experience working collaboratively with internal and external teams.
* Attention to detail, and ability to take responsibility.
* Prior experience working with WordPress or other CMS systems interest in sports or squash.
