Summary:
Fitzwilliam Hospital is one of Cambridgeshire's leading independent hospitals, renowned for delivering high-quality healthcare treatments and services since 1983. Located in the tranquil landscaped grounds of the Milton Estate in Peterborough, the hospital offers 54 single bedrooms and 1 twin-bedded room, all with en suite facilities. It provides services for both private and NHS patients.
The role:
We have a new opportunity in our Catering department for an experienced Chef to join our team at Fitzwilliam Hospital, based in Peterborough.
As a Chef, you will be a vital part of a team committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supportive environment, where your skills and expertise will be valued.
This role involves food preparation, cooking, and service to our patients, staff, consultants, and visitors. Hours are flexible on a shift pattern, Monday to Sunday.
You should have a good understanding of current health and hygiene regulations and ensure these are adhered to in all food preparation and service.

* Minimum of Level 2 Basic Food Hygiene
