Ensure the sales team has up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, including specifications, applications, and benefits of various solutions (e.g., electrical wiring, fiber optics, coaxial, etc.).
Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
Track sales metrics and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Provide detailed feedback on customer needs and product performance to assist with product development and marketing.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of products.
Coordinate with the technical team to offer tailored solutions and ensure that customer specifications are met.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in the wire and cable product industry or a related technical field.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and growing client accounts.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
In-depth knowledge of wire and cable products, market trends, and customer requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
