My client, a mid-sized boutique hotel in Bath, has an opening for a Head Pastry Chef.
The successful applicant will have experience at a 3-rosette standard or above - at Sous or Head Chef level, be capable of managing and building a small team in the section, and be able to bring to the role an understanding of current trends in the fine dining market, which you will demonstrate in the restaurant's sweets, desserts, pastries, and bread offerings.
In return, the salary for the role is £40,000 per annum plus tronc (£4-5,000 per annum). You will be working a 5-day week with 28 days annual leave and standard workplace pension.
There is no sponsorship with this role and applicants should have the right to work in the UK.
