About the Role: As a Deputy Care Manager, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the service, overseeing a team of Senior Carers and Support Workers. You’ll be responsible for managing rotas, staff performance, health & safety, and compliance with CQC regulations while continuously striving for excellence in care delivery.
