Key Responsibilities: Assist the Nurse Manager in leading the nursing team and ensuring high standards of care. Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff during your 22 hours on the floor. Conduct audits, maintain care standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Participate in care planning and support the delivery of person-centred care. Oversee staffing, Rota management, and training for the nursing team. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Step into the Nurse Manager role as needed, providing leadership and direction. Requirements: Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN. Minimum of 2 years of senior nursing experience, ideally in a care home or similar setting. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to balance clinical duties with management responsibilities. A passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centred care.
