Key Responsibilities of a Resident Manager: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments. Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by anticipating guest needs, resolving complaints, and going above and beyond to exceed expectations. Lead, mentor, and motivate the hotel team to deliver exceptional service. Conduct training and development programs to ensure the team is aligned with our service standards. Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize operational efficiency to meet financial goals. Ensure all health and safety regulations are met and adhered to, safeguarding the well-being of both guests and staff. Maintain strong communication between all departments to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel. Proven experience in a management role within the luxury hotel industry, preferably as a Resident Manager or in a senior operational capacity. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
