Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse (RGN) at Rivermead Care home, you'll create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs. You'll be responsible for developing tailored care plans, providing medicine safely, and delivering excellence across everything you do. You'll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, as well as experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
