We are currently looking to recruit a Digital Advisor (1st Line Support) to join our team based within Watford. This role will assist the adoption and optimal use of digital tools on site and support our central digital team in the ongoing digitisation of all aspects of work. The role includes supporting the systems controllers in the configuration and maintenance of digital tools based on experiences from site and reporting back on user experience and challenges.
Duties
1. Quick adaptation to and proficiency in digital tool offerings.
2. Commitment to staying up to date with tools and their updates and changes.
3. Support the rollout of tools on new project sites and provide ongoing support to live sites by:
1. Training users.
2. Supporting daily use, issues, and queries.
3. Supporting sites in implementing tools and troubleshooting.
4. Setting up/configuring tools for deployment to site.
5. Providing in-person support via site visits.
4. Be responsive to problems and ensure escalation routes are followed when an issue arises.
5. Recognize opportunities for continuous improvement, gather information from site teams, and return feedback to manager.
6. Attend and record discussions and outcomes from digital tool vendors and account managers.
7. Promote a positive attitude and culture towards digital tools.
8. Awareness of ISO 19650 and its impact on the configuration of the common data environment (CDE).
