£70-75k plus package
This FBP role partners the operations function in this major FMCG business in the North West and will suit someone with the knowledge, expertise and confident communication skills to work in this agile, fast paced environment. The Finance function is seen in this business as integral to the site and woven into the operation from the leadership team into all areas. That collaborative and integrated working style makes a real difference to the Finance function and those working within it.

Responsibilities:
1. Accurate reporting of all operational results.
2. Supporting the Operations function, providing analytical insight.
3. Leading the team, setting high standards.
4. Manage risks and opportunities proactively.
5. Ensure the systems in place are effective for the finance team for future demands on the business.
6. Contribute to the planning and budgeting process for the Group.
7. Consistent budgeting accuracy.
8. Assist with the integration of the finance module as part of the business wide S&OP process.
Ideally your background will cover:
1. Previous Finance support roles understanding the demands that come with deadline driven manufacturing environments.
2. Demonstrable leadership and team building ability through ownership and accountability.
3. A good communication with the interpersonal skills to develop key relationships across the business and the wider Group.
4. Exceptional analytical and reasoning skills.
5. Detailed with an eye for accuracy.
6. Working within larger businesses with multiple sites - desirable not essential.
7. Emotional intelligence, able to integrate well with teams and lead effectively.
8. Strong presentation skills in formal and informal settings.
9. Balanced and down to earth approach, able to challenge confidently and professionally at all levels.
10. Strong understanding of IT and supply chain systems/processes.
