The Role We are seeking a Senior Employer Engagement Manager to support the growth of our apprenticeships delivered in partnership with our network of UK colleges and training providers. The Senior Employer Engagement Manager will work closely with the Head of Employer Engagement to develop Mindful Education’s existing employer relationships. The Senior Employer Engagement Manager will also proactively identify and secure new employer relationships. Alongside direct employer engagement activities, the Senior Employer Engagement Manager will be the main point of contact for partner employer engagement teams, supporting them with the promotion of Mindful Education’s professional apprenticeships. Key Responsibilities You will be expected to: Understand and articulate how Mindful Education’s Online and On Campus professional courses and apprenticeships benefit employers and apprentices Liaise with external stakeholders across different contexts and levels of seniority in a professional and engaging manner Attend industry events on behalf of Mindful Education such as the Annual Apprenticeship Conference Meet apprenticeship start targets and KPIs Lead employer meetings, pitches and presentations Act as the main point of contact for key decision makers at existing and pipeline employers Deliver product awareness training sessions for partners on the benefits of Mindful Education’s Online and On Campus apprenticeships Support partner employer engagement / business development teams, offering guidance on employer enquiries as they arise Support and monitor employer enquiries provided to college partners Support partners with procurement portal applications and tender responses or bids Work with our Operations Team on key employer account management and reports Work with our Marketing Team on employer collateral, materials and campaigns for partners Maintain an accurate CRM system, ensuring all partner and employer conversations are captured Undertake other duties as reasonably expected Skills and Experience You must possess: A minimum of 3 year’s experience in an employer engagement or business development role within the skills and apprenticeship industry Experience of leading external meetings, pitches and presentations A track record in securing new employer relationships Experience of employer account management and growth of existing relationships The ability to communicate professionally across different stakeholder groups, including HR leaders, learning and development professionals, and apprentices Experience of attending industry events and networking with senior decision makers A passion for delivering excellent customer service and supporting key external stakeholders Confidence to work independently and fit into a highly collaborative process, within different team settings Strong command of written English and an ability to present information concisely and effectively Experience of managing and prioritising your own workload to meet KPIs A highly organised working style, with a strong attention to detail Capacity to work within time-sensitive schedules and to deadlines The following skills, experience and attributes would be an advantage to applicants: More than 5 years experience in an employer engagement of business development role within the skills and apprenticeship industry Knowledge of accounting, management, law, HR and business administration apprenticeships Experience of working with marketing colleagues on key employer marketing materials and campaigns Experience of working with delivery and curriculum colleagues on key employer account management, monitoring apprentice progress and communicating concerns or achievements to key external stakeholders Experience of procurement portal applications, tenders and bid responses Experience of working with virtual learning platforms and/or technology products Experience of working with CRM software, specifically Hubspot Experience working with private, fast-growing companies Full driving licence To Apply Please apply via the "Apply for this job" button.
