Technical Field Manager / Field Service Manager required for our Client, a leader in the energy, power generation, industrial equipment and manufacturing sector. They specialise in advanced turbomachinery and energy solutions offering cutting-edge turbines, compressors, and engineering services including maintenance and equipment repair.
The role is field based, with travel expected throughout the UK to client sites. A hands-on engineering background is anticipated; therefore, a Senior Engineer / Service Supervisor looking to move off the tools would be considered, but the salary range would be £45-60K.
Technical Field Manager / Service Manager Job Overview
The Technical Field Manager / Field Service Manager will be tasked with:
* Overseeing and managing works for installation, service, maintenance, testing, dismantling, inspection, and re-assembly projects for turbos, turbines, and compressors.
* Managing all onsite and field engineers.
* Acting as a Technical lead with clients, and supporting the project and sales team by demonstrating expert advice on steam turbines, turbo services, and centrifugal compressors.

* Experience managing field operations and service engineering teams.
