Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year plus incentives and bonuses
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is for a Landscape Maintenance & Enhancement Project Manager working out of our Plymouth, MA location. The Landscape Maintenance & Enhancement Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating mowing and maintenance crews on commercial and residential properties. This role ensures that all maintenance operations, including turf care, pruning, mulching, and seasonal cleanups, are executed efficiently and to company standards. Additionally, the position involves planning, layout, and installation of seasonal flower rotations to enhance property aesthetics. The Project Manager is responsible for monitoring job production, documenting progress using company systems, and ensuring crews stay on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and experience in landscape maintenance operations are essential to deliver exceptional service and client satisfaction.

OBJECTIVES
* Ensure all landscape maintenance projects are completed within the established timelines.
* Oversee crew performance to ensure they align with approved budgets while maximizing profitability.
* Guarantee that all maintenance work meets the company’s high-quality standards.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
* Efficiently allocate labor, materials, and equipment to achieve project objectives while minimizing waste.
* Supervise and guide maintenance crews to maintain high levels of performance and adherence to safety protocols.
* Identify and resolve issues during the season promptly to prevent delays or additional costs.
* Ensure timely delivery of materials and services from vendors and subcontractors while maintaining strong working relationships.
* Keep detailed records of contracts, schedules, change orders, and expenditures for reference and reporting.
* Analyze completed projects to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements for future projects.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Proven experience in landscape maintenance management or a similar role.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Ability to walk, stand, and move around construction sites for extended periods, including uneven terrain.
* Capability to lift and carry materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
* Comfort with activities such as climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, or crouching during site inspections.
* Strong focus for ensuring quality standards.
* Ability to handle tools and equipment for occasional hands-on tasks or inspections.
* Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
* Capacity to hear and communicate effectively in noisy construction environments.
* Physical stamina to work long hours, especially during peak project phases.
* Ability to respond quickly and physically to site emergencies or urgent tasks.
