As a Delivery Projects Manager, your role is focused on the successful management of our delivery projects and programmes, enabling students to achieve their career outcomes through a world-class programme journey — in a new category of education that brings alignment between industry and higher education.
As a Delivery Projects Manager, you will support the Head of Delivery to oversee and support the programme teams and various ongoing programmes and projects across the delivery team. There are a number of largescale projects that need finalising in the first half of 2025, and this role will support the roll-out and completion of these projects to impact our learners and continuously improve our OKRs & metrics.
This role is managerial and responsible for the operational delivery of a world-class student experience, working closely with the wider Delivery Management Team, Success Management Team, and particularly the Manager of the SX Team.
Programme and Delivery Experience
* Developing and implementing high-quality, timely, and efficient processes to ensure successful operational delivery of programmes;
* Overseeing and managing supporting teams, including programme coordinators, facilitators, and industry mentors;
* Acting as the escalation point for complex programme challenges to resolve problems and ensure smooth learner journeys and outcomes;
* Working closely with the Manager of the SX Team to ensure learner support delivers excellent results;
* Coordinating expert facilitators and industry mentors overseeing administrative course delivery to ensure a successful student experience and outcomes;
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and management of facilitators to drive retention;
Stakeholder Liaison (internal and external)
* Working effectively across internal teams and external partnerships to drive success;
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximise relationship success and growth;
* Collaborating with education partners to understand enablers of their success and inform continuous improvement;
* Liaising with partner stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly;
* Representing the programme and partners in organisational meetings and planning sessions.
Projects, Systems, Operations
* Utilising queries to build organisational systems and assets for ongoing growth;
* Analyzing course data and metrics to recommend operational improvements;
* Leading a portfolio of projects, providing updates and demonstrating impact;
* Communicating regularly with DMT and delivery teams during project rollouts.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have a background in course management or student services within higher education, with key attributes including:
* Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills;
* Experience championing evidence-based student success strategies;
* Managerial experience in higher education, especially online/remote learning;
* Proven problem-solving skills with support teams;
* Ability to deliver excellent student experiences in a fast-paced environment;
* Risk management skills;
* Sensitivity and empathy towards diversity;
* Leadership in ambiguity and focus on continuous improvement;
* Expertise in community management, service design, and delivery of higher education programmes;
* Experience managing student mentoring, coaching, and success programmes.
