Sales Administrator
Location: Preston
Salary:
Basic - 27k (negotiable for the right person)
Hours:
Mon - Fri - 8.30am - 5.00pm, 1 hour lunch (37.5 hours)
The Job:
1. Vehicle invoicing and ordering.
2. Checking all the relevant documents to tax the vehicles and release to the customer.
3. Maintaining full and accurate stock records.
4. Providing management information and liaison with manufacturers regarding stock and related financial information.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a motor trade Sales Administrator preferred, but stable administrative background will be considered.
2. Strong administration skills and ability to work with different departments.
