Are you passionate about leveraging AI to enhance operational efficiency and create intelligent workflows? We are seeking an innovative AI Automation Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving AI-driven solutions and automation processes that streamline workflows, reduce costs, and optimise processes across departments. Your key responsibilities will include: AI Solutions Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI models to support intelligent automation. Automation Integration: Build and integrate automation workflows using RPA tools, scripting, and other software to minimise manual work. Process Optimisation: Assess, design, and implement AI-driven process improvements. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the Process Improvement Lead to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver impactful solutions. System Maintenance: Monitor, evaluate, and enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of AI and automation systems. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed system documentation and provide regular reports on project progress and system performance. If you are passionate about automation technology and keen to contribute to innovative solutions we want to speak with you To be successful in this role you should have the following: Education: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in AI or automation engineering. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and low-code AI tools. Knowledge of language models, machine learning fundamentals, and prompt engineering. Experience in API integration and implementing data privacy and security measures. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. It would be advantageous if you have the below skills and qualifications: Experience deploying AI models in production. Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: AI Engineer Associate, Azure AI Fundamentals). Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices. Database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL) This is a permanent full time position working 35 hours per week, we are open to applications located close to our Ipswich Head Offices or remote based, please note remote workers are required to have frequent visits to our Ipswich offices on a monthly basis.
