Reporting to the CFO, this is a well-rounded role, offering a market leading salary and presents a great opportunity for an ambitious accountant seeking a step up. Key responsibilities: Oversee financial reporting and analysis, including processes related to financial and management accounting, performance review of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and variance analysis. Administer and oversee the payroll process. Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards. Ensure adherence to tax regulations, internal policies, and all relevant compliance requirements. Collaborate with other teams to coordinate regular stock counts. Provide timely and accurate financial insights to support decision-making and drive business improvements Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts. Act as the primary liaison for audits and periodic financial reviews. Assist with ad hoc projects as and when required Requirements: Qualified OR QBE with relevant experience (e.g. CIMA, ACA, ACCA) Must be IT proficient and competent in use of Excel Spreadsheets Able to demonstrate knowledge & understanding of financial systems.
