Regional Operations Manager We are looking to recruit a Regional Operations Manager on a full time, permanent contract basis. This is a regional role, and will require travel to projects in Liskeard, New Forest, Savernake, North Kirklees, Daventry, Gravesham, Epping, Herts and Essex and West Mendip. The role will be responsible for overseeing the management of the SPV Management teams and supply chain partners, responsible for resolving issues across the Region. Regional Operations Manager Responsibilities Responsible for asset compliance and performance across the region, including the NHS PS deliverables Develop and administer the regional reporting requirements, working with SPC Managers and other departments, where appropriate. Line management responsibility for the SPC Management Team. Review quality of PCR information across the region; monitoring the closing out of actions, assisting where appropriate and reporting to the Head of the Division. Review and management of PIMs database, compliance and associated actions; monitoring completion of actions and report monthly. Review of project board papers including where appropriate attendance at pre board meetings Regional Operations Manager Requirements Ability to develop and maintain client relationships at an optimal level Substantial PFI experience An in-depth understanding of legal/contract issues.
