What You Can Expect
* Location – Buckinghamshire (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)
* Salary – £90,000 - £115,000
* Work type – Permanent
Main Responsibilities as a Head of Schedule
1. Define and implement the program’s scheduling strategy and framework.
2. Oversee the development, maintenance and monitoring of the integrated program schedule.
3. Collaborating with other departments to integrate scheduling activities, address conflicts and ensure alignment.
4. Provide regular schedule updates and reports to senior management and government stakeholders.
5. Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, standards and best practices in project scheduling and planning.
6. Owning the relationship with senior government officials, ensuring they know all program schedules and activities to date.
7. Coaching a small team of planners, fostering high performance and professional growth.
