Looking to grow, develop new skills, and boost your confidence? Our Graduate Teaching Assistant roles offer all that and more.
No experience? No problem! You’ll work closely with experienced teaching staff, gaining hands-on experience and insider knowledge that will set you up for success. Plus, our highly supportive programme ensures you have everything you need to thrive in your new role.
Unlike supply roles, you’ll be in the same school every day, building meaningful connections with students and playing a key part in their academic success. The relationships you form will be rewarding—and you’ll get to watch students shine because of your support.

What We Offer:

What We’re Looking For:
* A completed bachelor's degree (Maths, English, Science, and Psychology degrees are helpful but not essential)
* A passion for working with children and a desire for a long-term career in education
* Experience working with children or supporting others (ideal but not essential)
* A reliable, proactive attitude with a love for learning and helping others
* A caring, empathetic nature with the ability to build strong relationships
* Competent Maths and English skills
