Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop, ensuring product listings are optimised and updated regularly.
Monitor emerging trends within TikTok and the broader social media landscape to ensure the brand stays ahead of the curve.
Regularly conduct competitive analysis and provide actionable insights on pricing, positioning, and promotions.
Develop engaging and innovative content that resonates with diverse audience segments, driving traffic and engagement to the TikTok Shop.
Collaborate with influencers, creative teams, and other stakeholders to produce impactful videos and audience engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok users, creating a loyal community- respond to comments, engage in conversations, and leverage user-generated content to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
