About the Role:
Supervise students during examinations, ensuring compliance with exam regulations
Set up exam rooms, distributing papers, and arranging seating
Assist students with seating arrangements and answer questions before the start of the exam
Monitor the exam environment, ensuring students adhere to examination rules
Collect and organise completed exam papers for secure processing
Work closely with school staff to address any issues that arise during exams
The Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of responsibility
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Good communication skills and the ability to manage a calm, controlled environment
A commitment to upholding exam integrity and supporting students’ welfare
Flexibility to work part-time hours across different locations in Essex
Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator or in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential
