The Higgins Christchurch Team has an opportunity for an EHSQ Advisor to join their team. This is a sole charge role based in Christchurch with regular travel to project sites in the South Island. You will be involved in all aspects of EHSQ, including investigations, auditing, reporting, and supporting/coaching.

What You Will Bring To The Role
* Experience in health and safety, quality, and environmental management within the construction industry
* Excellent knowledge of NZ legislative environment including HSE, ACC, HSNO, and industry standards
* Thorough understanding of work-related illnesses, injuries, and rehabilitation processes
* Ability to conduct comprehensive accident/incident investigations and recommend preventative actions
* Strong communication skills with a coaching and influencing approach
* Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety systems
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams and meet deadlines
