The Opportunity: Senior Account Manager

1. Renew & Re-Sign Existing Customers: Own the renewal process, fine-tune pricing, and tackle churn risks before they even think about leaving.
2. Upsell & Cross-Sell: Find ways to add value, introduce game-changing services, and craft proposals that resonate with clients.
3. Manage Ongoing Client Relationships: Solve issues fast, host insightful business reviews, and ensure their goals and our solutions are always in sync.
4. Convert Qualified Leads: Nail discovery calls, uncover client needs, and close deals confidently.
5. Strategise & Plan Accounts: Build growth-driven strategies and keep your pipeline predictions spot-on.
6. Hit Your Targets: Consistently hit your numbers, whether it’s a monthly, quarterly, or yearly goal.
