Job Description
We are delighted to be growing our team and are seeking an ambitious, driven Recruitment Consultant to join our legal team on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties will include:
* Source candidates using various platforms including our Bullhorn CRM, Reed, CV Library and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Developing new business and existing business
* Building relationships and with existing clients
* Formatting CVs
* Taking full job briefs from clients
* Writing job descriptions to advertise on our website and job boards
* Responding to suitable applications and searching for candidates via a range of techniques
* Providing an honest and consultative service to clients and candidates alike
* Arranging interviews and preparing candidates beforehand
* Negotiating job offers and managing client and candidate expectations
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous sales or office based customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills
* A confident, tenacious personality
* Strong organisation skills
* Willingness to learn and develop knowledge
It would be beneficial but isn’t essential if the successful candidate had a background working within recruitment.
