A permanent, full-time opportunity is available for a Credit Controller to join a prestigious food manufacturer based in Malton. You will be offered a basic salary of £24, – £28, per annum as well a comprehensive benefits package including a total pension of 16% and 33 days holiday.
This multi-site business is an award winning manufacturer and is looking for individuals who are keen to join a well-established, fast-moving, accounts receivable team and pursue a career in the finance department. You will be based at their state-of-the-art head office in Malton where they produce high-quality produce for well-loved UK retailers.
What you will do as a Credit Controller :
1. Manage statement reconciliation.
2. Communicate with customers regarding their account status.
3. Process invoices accurately.
4. Ensure high levels of compliance with legislation and company regulations.
5. Complete all AR functions to guarantee accounts are processed within agreed timeframes.
What we are looking for :
6. Individuals who have previous experience working as a Credit Controller, Accounts Assistant, Accounts Receivable Clerk, and Sales Ledger Clerk or a similar role as this is essential.
7. If you have previously worked within one of the above roles in a manufacturing environment this would be desirable.
8. Knowledge of the system SAP would be highly advantageous for this role but is not required.
9. Strong communication and IT skills.
