The Role: So, what will you be doing as a Senior Quality Technician ? Conduct in-process, final, and goods-in inspections using a variety of tools and equipment to ensure quality compliance. Support calibration and asset management activities at our client's site, liaising with other site calibration leads and external calibration partners as needed. Assist in the development of Business Management System (BMS) processes, ensuring alignment with international standards and customer requirements while incorporating best practices. Support Quality Engineers in managing non-conformance events, including Material Review Boards (MRBs) and effective Corrective Action closure. Perform incoming assessments and diagnostic reports to support repair activities. Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance business performance and support professional development (CPD). Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Quality Technicians, fostering a culture of excellence. What are we looking for in our next Senior Quality Technician ? High School Diploma (or equivalent). Experience in assembly and test operations within a Quality Inspection environment. Strong understanding of quality control processes and inspection techniques. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Experience working with calibration and asset management systems is desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
