This role will work closely with the parent/carer, family unit, key partners, and stakeholders to provide an integrated response to provide a family support service to Aboriginal children and families to address the identified support needs.
This role is responsible for delivering culturally safe and holistic therapeutic services to the Aboriginal community in the Gippsland region.
This role is responsible for supporting practitioners that work in the Aboriginal Response Team (ART) of The Orange Door Hub.
We are looking for an experienced case manager to join our Family Services team who are committed to making a difference in the community.
