Aramark UK have a great opportunity for a Bars Manager at Everton Football Club. The impressive brand-new Bramley-Moore Liverpool stadium is set to be one of the most revolutionary and advanced venues for fan experience in Europe. Serving 52,888 fans per matchday, the mission is to set the standard for excellence and create exceptional experiences for Evertonians.
The Bars Manager is responsible to assist the senior operations manager and oversee the full operation of all bars in premium spaces located within the Everton Stadium on matchdays and non-match days. To ensure the smooth planning and delivery of all premium beverage services within the new Everton Stadium to all our clients and customers. This is a role for someone who is passionate, knowledgeable, focuses on the guest experience each matchday and non-match day and shows considerable attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be skilled and responsible for the creation of the cocktail menus across all premium spaces. Recruiting mixologists and training delivery. To ensure all cocktail requests within premium are executed and delivered to the spec and Aramark standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively engage with guests and clients on match days and non-match days to ensure a first-class premium experience is delivered.
2. Support the senior premium operations manager in addressing any guest or client feedback promptly on match-day & non-match day implementing improvements where necessary.
3. Support the Senior Operations manager in ensuring all team members understand the importance of drinks allergens and regular allergen training sessions are conducted. Ensure all match-day and non-match day allergen information is accurate.
4. Assist the senior premium operations manager in overseeing service throughout all premium areas, leading by example and establishing a visible presence.
5. Use experience and personality to inspire, build and maintain a positive momentum.
6. Create an outstanding guest experience in all premium outlets in the stadium.
7. Design an impactful pre-event day brief for the matchday bar managers to deliver to their variable team that is fun, inspiring but compliance and health and safety is at the heart of the message.
8. Ensure all matchday and non-match day procedures are maintained and monitored, and all stock sheets are assessed throughout the day, ensuring stock transfers, wastage, and deliveries are checked and signed off.
9. Support the senior premium operations manager in any decision-making regarding developments in the operation that may improve profit, and implement and monitor changes once approved.
10. Deliver consistently against agreed service standards set by the Senior Premium Operations manager.
11. Ensure all premium bars are following the standard operating procedures set by you and maintain these throughout all matchdays and non-matchdays with the set standards of Aramark as outlined.
12. Design and implement training for managers at all levels to improve their leadership, communication, team management, and decision-making skills.
13. Build employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, supportive, and productive environment.
Key Requirements:
1. Approachable with good interpersonal skills and cocktail knowledge, including the ability to create cocktail recipes, allergens, and garnishes.
2. Good knowledge of the cocktail/wine/food menu and ability to pair and make recommendations.
3. Strong knowledge of all aspects of mixology, cocktail creation, and menu development.
4. Must have Level 2 WSET.
