This is a graduate sales role for a genuinely motivated salesperson who believes in helping people and offering a wellbeing and mental health solution to businesses! A multi-faceted solution, superbly competitive pricing, and a disruptor in the UK healthcare market.
What We're Looking For:
1. 1-5 years B2B sales experience
2. Motivated and determined salespeople
3. Passionate about well-being and offering a genuinely (potentially) life-changing solution and service into business
4. Understand that this is a marathon, not a sprint – build it, grow with it, and forge a brilliant career
5. You will have the right morals and attitude towards this solution and a passion for it, but still confident and capable of hitting targets and achieving a genuinely achievable, lucrative bonus/commission
6. You will be positive, mentally agile, and a fluid communicator
The Role:
You will be expected to contact senior leaders in organisations to introduce this phenomenal solution and service to existing clients and consult with potential external customers around our service. Through contacting people who have expressed an interest in our services, you will generate opportunities and set appointments for a live demonstration of our service. You may have earlier experience within a similar role, but this is not necessary as there is an exceptional coaching programme. This business will support you and offer a clear progression plan, meaning that you will understand what it takes to be a high performer in the business and how you can achieve your career goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Closing deals and empowering companies to help and support their employees
2. Engaging and interacting with decision makers at a senior level
3. Collaborating with a dedicated team of Wellbeing Consultants to ensure high performance
4. Actively building, managing, and maintaining your pipeline
5. Achieving monthly and quarterly appointment setting and revenue targets – with a desire to exceed KPIs daily
6. Conducting any other tasks considered necessary by the Management Team, achieving targets and business aims in a fully compliant manner
