This is your opportunity to lead a skilled team, manage exciting projects, and drive quality installations within a fast-growing company About the Role: As the Installation Manager, you’ll oversee the successful delivery of fire and security installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards. You’ll work closely with engineers, clients, and contractors to guarantee smooth project execution, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Project Management: Lead and coordinate multiple fire and security system installations across corporate and construction sites. ✅ Team Leadership: Supervise and support installation engineers, ensuring they meet project goals and maintain high-quality standards. ✅ Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work complies with BS5839, BS5266, NSI, and BAFE standards, as well as health & safety regulations. ✅ Client & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. ✅ Technical Oversight: Provide hands-on guidance, troubleshooting, and expert advice on fire and security systems. ✅ Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections, testing, and audits to maintain high-quality workmanship. ✅ Scheduling & Resource Management: Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and resources for each project. ✅ Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of installations, progress updates, and compliance certifications. What We’re Looking For: ✔ 5 years of experience in fire and security installations, with managerial or supervisory experience. ✔ Strong knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and integrated security systems. ✔ Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., FIA, NSI, BAFE, or equivalent certifications). ✔ Proven experience managing installation projects within corporate and construction environments. ✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. ✔ Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to project sites as required.
