Brand priority of Kingfisher whilst leveraging a wider portfolio of Peacock Cider, Bombay Bicycle IPA, Ultra and 5 Walla.
The successful candidate will be expected to work a minimum of 4 evenings per week as this is when your customers operate.
Background exposure to working with premium drinks and selling premium brands within the UK On Trade – 18 months minimum experience.
Demonstrable evidence of good gravitas, passion, drive, creativity and commercial organisation skills.
Strong negotiation, organisation and influencing skills to drive commercial success.
Track record of developing brands and delivering tangible success via a definite structured sales process.
IT and PC literate – Microsoft / CRM systems.
Passionate about beer and food within the restaurant sector.
Hindi or equivalent language skills would be an advantage but in no way a necessity.
Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
Ideally, the individual will have experience of the On Trade, ideally beer and specifically Restaurants.
You will ideally live on patch and have the responsibility to retain, develop and grow our brands within this area.
The role will report into the BCC Field sales team leader (BCC FSTL) who will encourage you to think and act like an owner and you will be empowered to think strategically to grow our footprint rapidly.
